"Drawing Breath: Jerwood Drawing Prize 2007" at The Royal West of England Academy in Clifton
A group of us from art and power recently went on a trip to see the Jerwood exhibition. We were impressed by the extensiveness of drawing and the technical skill and ideas present in the exhibition. Today we talk about the variety and the experimentation of drawing and the way in which many of the artist pushed the boundaries, making us think about what we can do with drawing.
We then discussed the idea of confidence, how it can help us to push ourselves forward as artists, exhibit and promote our work as well as giving us faith in our own abilities.
